1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days (depending on location).
• Express Delivery: 2-4 working days (available for select locations at an additional charge).
• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take up to 10 working days.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be standard ₹100.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this amount.
• Express delivery charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your order status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us.

Re-delivery requests may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or offer store credit after verification.

8. Address Changes & Cancellations

Address changes are only possible before order dispatch.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
