Exchange Policy

At Rich Dhaga, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fashion. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide an easy exchange option in case you need a different size, color, or replacement for a defective item.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- No exchanges on discounted, clearance, or customized products.
- Innerwear, accessories, and final sale items are not eligible due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange
Request an Exchange: Contact our support team at 7036760030 or email support@richdhaga.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back.
Inspection & Processing: After receiving the item, we’ll inspect and process your exchange within 7 working days.
3. Exchange Options
- Exchange for a different size or color of the same product (subject to availability).
- If the variant is unavailable, store credit will be offered for future use.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Return for Damaged Items
Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit.
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be issued based on your preference.
6. Important Notes
- No refunds are issued except for verified damaged deliveries.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Only one exchange allowed per order.
